Mission Statement: The Alumni Association of HMCS QUADRA is a federal not-for-profit corporation formed to develop and encourage camaraderie and fraternity amongst serving and former members of the Ship's Company of HMCS QUADRA by: Developing and maintaining lines of communication between HMCS QUADRA and its alumni and between the members themselves, about HMCS QUADRA'S activities, its needs and the issues affecting it; and Providing financial support and expertise in support of HMCS QUADRA and its activities.
Goals
Some of the long-term and short-term goals that have been identified to date include:
Bursaries for cadets and officers; Establishing a museum at QUADRA; An Annual General Meeting combined with an Alumni social event; Establish an Alumni Day at HMCS QUADRA; Establish an Alumni Web site; Establish a Newsletter and members' Kit Shop. To date, many of these goals have been realized, and we are hard at work on the rest of them. All we need is YOU!
