How To Join

Membership Type:
You can only apply to be an Ordinary member or an Associate member.

Ordinary Member (voting)
Must have served in HMCS QUADRA, either under training or on staff;
Attained the age of 19 years;
and Will pay the membership fee.

Associate Member (non-voting)
Currently serving as a cadet under training or on staff in HMCS QUADRA;
No age restriction;
Need not be an individual;
Any other person or organization who supports the aims of the Associaton;
and Will pay the membership fee.

Dues:
1 year - $ 20.00 CDN
2 years - $ 35.00 CDN
3 years - $ 50.00 CDN

What you receive as an Alumni Member:
Membership card & pin;
Our quarterly newsletter "The Q News";
Access to the Alumni membership list (for personal use ONLY);
Access to the "Members only" areas of the website and Kit Shop;
and A voice in the development of Alumni activities.

To Apply:
Simply download and complete the in-routine form located in the download area and return it to us with a cheque or money order made out to: The Alumni Association of HMCS QUADRA.
